Purchasing original works

If the works have been viewed before purchase, the painting cannot then be refunded but can be exchanged for another work of the same value.

If the works have been purchased unseen, for example online, the buyer has seven days to return the work for a full refund but must cover the cost of art shipping and is liable for any damage.

Shipping

Shipping is normally paid by the buyer. The recipient is responsible for covering any import duties incurred. However, many countries do not tax artworks.
