Information collected

If you make an enquiry, the website may collect your name, email address, enquiry subject, the artwork you are asking about, your message and the time it was received. Cloudflare also processes limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Why it is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible sale, commission, exhibition or studio visit, keep an appropriate record of correspondence, and protect the form from misuse. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and legitimate interests in answering genuine enquiries, maintaining business records and keeping the website secure.

Where it is stored and shared

Enquiries may be stored in Google email and Google Sheets. The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. These providers process information on Thomas Martin Conway’s behalf and may process data outside the United Kingdom under their applicable safeguards. Information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.

How long it is kept

Routine enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally within 24 months. Records connected with a purchase, payment, dispute or legal obligation may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary.

Spam protection and cookies

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile processes technical signals such as the visitor’s IP address, browser information and the website address solely for security purposes. This website does not use advertising cookies, visitor analytics, tracking pixels or social-media tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site.
